Training Documents (PDF) - Requires Adobe Reader

Writing or creating your own content is rewarding in that you become the author of your work, but everyone knows it can take some practice. Until recently at least. With new technologies like podcasts (MP3s) and Camtasia-style, or “screenshot” videos, you can simply speak to your intended audience with little or no pre-preparation required.

Written words like the text on these pages and in PDF and DOC formats are a little trickier because writing will always be a human skill and there are uncountable thousands of skilled authors out there pumping out more professional-sounding content that you can shake a forest at. Still, if your only written content online is an introduction and then a casual presentation for the masses, you can write in your own words from time to time, without having to sound like you mastered in literature.

On the far end of the spectrum, producing actual video (not screenshot video, but real as in with some lights, a camera, and some action) is a much more difficult content type to create, and at the top of the pyramid sits the intricate & useful software that some give away as content too. I certainly do.

There may even be other forms of content I haven’t thought of here, but the bottom line is this: Content is King because it’s the reason people WANT to visit your site, not because the search engines matched something to some keywords in it. If you do nothing online but produce great content, in any form, then you’ll do better than you’d think. People will want to visit your site, many will link to it, and you might even get bought out by Google within a year or so. J

Everything else is secondary, no matter what Assembly Line you’re in. I personally learned this lesson as an AdSense Farmer, the most SEO-centric assembly line there is. But as soon as this philosophy was reflecting in my work, my earnings went up.

If your assembly line choice has an “X” by Creating Content, then you are hereby requested to read/watch all of the training above, and download and familiarize yourself with any of the products that seem relevant to your needs. Time to get started!
