Looking for some valuable products you can sell, all finished and ready to go? You’ve come to the right place. There are many ways to get your hands on a finished product that you can turn around and sell, just like all the information products you see strewn across the Home Biz Factory website.
Remember the last time you saw a sales page that offered tons of Info products as Bonuses below the main product?
These are all Master Resell Rights products. A few of them may actually open-source, or GNU products that can’t be charged for, but generally the products you see as sales bonuses, or like all the ones here on this site, have been paid for and I can do with as I please. I can sell them, give them away, or even lend them to my aunt, as long as I don’t change the content.
Note: Private Label Rights are the ones that let you change the content. They’re the most expensive of all. In this section we’re strictly talking about Master Resell Rights and regular ‘ol Resell Rights products.
We can use these products like this because the original author of the product decided to sell it in a different way that makes him or her more money up front. Instead of selling an original HTML-producing software suite, for example, the traditional way, they tagged on the words “Master Resell Rights” to the package and sold it for a lot more money, like $500, all in one go.
This benefits the author in three ways:
-
The author didn’t have to run his or her own sales page to promote it. He or she just easily promoted it once or twice to JV partners or a list of MRR product membership site owners, who are always looking for more products to enhance their existing sales.
-
Instead of working hard to promote a constant stream of $50 payments over a year or longer, the same amount of money can be made up front just by selling it to 25 different people right away.
-
The technical support headaches go away, in most cases, because the product is usually supported (by default) by the vendor who sells it.
Meanwhile, this benefits the buyer of the software because it’s an instant business in a box, so to speak. If you bought that software, assuming it’s fresh and interesting, then all you’d have to do is promote it enough at $50 to make back your expenses on the 10th sale. The rest is pure profit. Or 20 sales at $25, 50 sales at $10, and so on. It’s up to you to figure out the most profitable way to structure the process, although the author suggests a price you shouldn’t sell it under. (Many do anyway.)
These days, however, since MRR products are so popular and practically growing off trees, the author usually enhances the offer by throwing in marketing materials with the package as well. This might include some sales copy for an email blast, or even a whole sales mini-site that the buyer can personalize & upload to his server. There have been many cases where a MRR product was sold to a few vendors with big lists for about $400, all marketing materials furnished, and the vendors did a good enough job getting traffic to those sites to walk away as millionaires!
These products can really be that good. But therein lies the trick; you want to find the good ones to promote. And you want to do it as soon as they come out, too…
There’s no point in charging $20 for Pac-Man these days, you won’t make your money back on it. You have to only sell the freshest products, even if it means you’ll have the most competition.
Which brings us to the bad news. Most people find their MRR products on Membership sites, like those I mention below. That’s where I got all the ones on this website. But all it takes is one desperate person who is a member there to take a perfectly great product worth $50 and go sell it on eBay for $1 each before the whole world has a copy, and you can’t sell yours anymore.
Sadly enough, this always happens before long to all MRR products. It doesn’t matter how much the author stresses that you don’t have rights to sell below a certain price or sell on an auction site, desperate people won’t think twice about stripping out that part of the documentation and selling in for peanuts anyway.
The only thing that keeps this sales structure alive is that MRR membership site owners almost always have different tiers of membership, placing the newest, hottest items on the top tiers, making them too expensive for desperate people to get their mitts on. This isn’t foolproof, but it keeps enough of a balance for the process to survive.
So, how do you start with your own products? It’s so simple your jaw is about to be in danger of hitting the keyboard…
Just download any you like from this website!
That’s right, I’ve designed this entire website to be a place where you can download products to not only use yourself, but to actually get your product library started! Every product on the Home Biz Factory website, excepting only those in the Vault, are MRR products that I have the rights to sell or giveaway, so when you possess them, you will too.
Keep in mind that every product you ever look at with resell rights will have specific instructions what you can and can’t do in a certificate or a readme file. If the product is a PDF or MS-Word document, these instructions will usually be in a yellow box at the top. To stay “legal,” meaning that the author can’t sue you if he or she finds out, all you have to do is abide by those instructions.
Many of my products come with a sales page, or at least include a link to a site where you can download one. This means that you can unzip a sales page site, personalize the HTML file index page, and then plug in your payment engine like Paypal to collect the money, and simply upload the website to some cheap hosting to start the sales off.
Another option is to use it to build a list instead of making money. Instead of plugging in paypal at the bottom, put your autoresponder’s sign-up form there instead and give away the product to get subscribers. It just depends on what Assembly line you’re on.
If you are in the MRR Product Seller assembly line, you’ll eventually want to sell the best products at the moment. For this, you’ll need to join a membership site, and below I’ve listed my three favorites. They all have a lowest tier that is free to join, but those are all pretty boring products. You’ll likely want to buy a membership up to a higher tier in time, and luckily they let you see what products are up their before you do so.
If your in one of the other assembly lines, simply consider which products on this site or in the free membership areas of the sites below can enhance your offerings, and offer those to your visitors In exchange for making your offer look more valuable, or if nothing else, just to build your list.
In closing, everyone can benefit from these great products. If not to sell, then to use as an incentive, a list builder, or even just to use the product itself. I can’t get enough of ‘em!
