  • Q. Is this all completely free with NO catches, ever?
    A. Yes. No catches, ever. I'll never charge any of you a single penny for anything involved with the Home Biz Factory. If I decide to sell a product one day, I will create a whole new website to market that product from. I want to create a COMPLETELY "No-Pitch" zone across the HBF website so everyone feels that it is truly a learning environment.

  • Q. Is there any kind of Guarantee that I'll succeed?
    A. I'm sorry, no. We unfortunately live in the most litigious (lawsuit-happy) society that this planet has ever known. I would be a target for thousands of lawsuits from people not even willing to try. I really wish I could though, so the rest of you would be that much more confident about your training & abilities. You may thank the lawyers for this outcome.

Nonetheless, these techniques and strategies we teach here DO work. For anyone. All you have to do is pick the right Assembly Line for your abilities, study the material we point you towards, and follow some instructions before your business is up and running. How much work you put into that business determines how much money you get out. (Pretty much like everything else in life.)

  • Q. How long will it take until your suggested programs payout?
    A. That is very specific to the Assembly line you choose. For instance, the Writer/Programmer line is VERY quick to see money back from... Some have reported seeing payments to their PayPal account within 24 hours of making some simple forum postings!

Meanwhile, Other assembly lines, like the AdSense Farmers, could take three to six months before any encouraging results come in! (Of course once they do, those income streams don't need any help from you!) The other 5 Lines all lie somewhere inbetween and it's up to you to pick the one that is in your best interest.

  • Q. How did you come up with those 7 Assembly lines?
    A. Experience. After many years of trying at various online ventures, sometimes doing ok, sometimes failing miserably, I began to see a pattern. All seven of these Assembly Lines are different points of the same Online Business Spectrum.

I explain this concept more fully in the Help Me Choose section, however the Cliff Notes version is that The only ways to make a living online are by Selling, Affiliating, or Farming. Selling and Farming (as in AdSense Publishing) are opposite ends of that spectrum, and basically everything else THAT WORKS online falls inbetween. I picked these seven programs because they a are the purest forms of those points along the spectrum. The seven colors of the rainbow.

There may be more added someday, but not without me trying them personally and being convinced that it would work for MANY people, not just myself. All seven programs here are suitable for a wide variety of people to use, with no end of effectiveness in sight.

  • Q. What's in the Vault?
    A. Some really great stuff! The Valuable Content Sign-up page gives a great description of the contents as they were with 8 packages on New Year's Day 2007. I add one more excellent product every month, so (8 + 1 for every month since January 2007) excellent products. Also, I keep the Pay-per-click Database up to date inside the Vault too. It's a really great resource if your the kind of person who enjoys traffic to your website...

  • Q. Can I get a Key to the Vault without Opting In?
    A. No. That's just wouldn't be too fair to the subscribers, now would it?

Anyway, why on Earth wouldn't you want to subscribe??? That's actually the better part of the deal! I know you've got too much to deal with in your inbox already, but Valuable Content has no sales pitches inside, and it packs in enough great industry content to allow you to unsubscribe to all those other Newsletters you've got on Home Business or working online!

  • Q. What's so special about your Newsletter?
    A. Just three things.

1.) I've got a strong writing background, so you know it won't be a bunch of random pointless PLR posts... I write it all myself and it covers a broad area of news and training that you should be kept up to date on.

2.) I've got a strong ethics problem with pressure sales tactics. You might see the occasional affiliate link in it when I can't get around it, but you'll NEVER be pressured into buying anything inside Valueable Content. Each end every issue is packed with non-affiliate links to the greatest resources of our day.

3.) Experience. I've got plenty to teach about home businesses, and I'm learning every day, so I'm never going to run out of truly Valuable Content for you guys, like the name implies. I'll always be right on top of the latest news and trends in our industry, meanwhile continuing your ongoing education with practical field applications.

Add the Vault key (which changes monthly and is only published inside) and you'll have a world-class resource that even the old-school Gurus will all be reading before long.

When's the last time you got that much out of a weekly eZine? Paid or otherwise?

You can check out the specifics and sign up for Vaulable Content here.

  • Q. Where are all of those Free Products on the site?
    A. There really are lots, and I add more all the time, but they are well spread out. The reason for this is not simply to discourge people from "downloading and running," but I needed to properly categorize them in a way that they'd be there at the right time of your training.

For instance, if your Assembly Line instructions have you learning about how to Build incoming links to your website, then under the "website popularity" Ingredient page, there is a "Link Building" sub-ingredient page which has products linked to from it such as Link Trader Pro. This is all explained in the Assembly Line Instructions, and basically, you'll never even see them all because you'll only be told where the ones are that you need to benefit your own Assembly Line!

This is our way of keeping you away from the dreaded "Information Overload Syndrome," which is the #1 killer of online success.

  • Q. Can't you just let me download them all as one big package?
    A. Were you asleep for that last part? If you don't need something, don't download it! It wastes your hard drive and fills up your noodle with irrelevant, trivial stuff that take your focus away from the task at hand. Serious, Information Overload is very likely what has stopped or seriously hindered your success up to this point. Anyway, if I just let everyone easily download all the products here, they'd lose their value quicker, as would your training.

  • Q. What's so wrong with using pressure tactics to sell stuff online with? Everybody's doing it, people expect it!
    A. Ah yes, the old "We've been doing it since man invented trade" argument. Humbug! We've been stealing and murdering since before that, does that make them right? In general, any time you make another person feel pressure, you're doing wrong. It's agressive in a bad way, and you know it. It's even... Evil. There, I've said it. Countdown timers, One-Time-Offers, and all those other pressure sales tactics are evil. Not as bad as murder, but it's almost as bad a stealing. And you knew that all along.

Don't be evil. Don't follow the crowd. Find your own way to make an honest buck.

  • Q. Your New Years Revelations report says that I should use List Builders, but many times you say that Safelists are a waste of time and server space. What's the difference?
    A. There is a fine line, one that the List Builder service owners would do well to publicize more.

It's about the quantity of email you get. If you join a safelist, you WILL be getting much more email than you could ever possibly read. It's a shame how those work... They basically only penalize the newbies who start reading those tons of emails and never have time to do anything else. When people sign up for a safelist, hoping their email is read by others, they naturally want to have hope that their email is read, so they read emails from the others as well.

Safe Lists, on the other hand, may have a similar structure, but it's all about mailing YOUR DOWNLINE. With such a smaller amount of email that you get, (from your upline) you'll find that not only can you actually read them all, but they'll be of higher quality! Conversion rates for list builders can reach 15% or even 25%, while a safelist will drag you down to about 0.0001% conversion, while only penalizing newbies. That's kind of evil too.

Sidenote: When you upgrade your service at many listbuilders, they start to act more like safelists, letting someone with no downloine email 500 or as many as 5,000 other members. Those services are only hurting their conversion rate when they offer upgrades like that, but we're not even close to talking about the damage done by the Thousands and thousands of junkmails you can get daily on a safelist!

  • Q. I use Gifting programs and make good money with them all the time. Why don't you include those as an Assembly Line?
    A. Congratulations. I hear about you guys all the time. One thing I've never seen yet, however, is one of you guys repeat it on cue. Assembly lines are SURE THINGS. Once you learn how to be an AdSense Farmer, you can ALWAYS make money as an AdSense Farmer. Gifting Matricies will never be so stable, as they rely wholy on the people in your up and down-lines as much as they rely on you.

  • Q. I know of another way to make reliable money online. You want to make that into an assembly line?
    A. I'm not one to say that I know everything. Shoot me an email and I'll get around to experimenting with it before too long. However, I'd appreciate it if you gave it some serious thought first and made sure it passed this single criteria:

Will it be repeatable? Can one person do this over and over and over again to make money on a consistant basis?

If not, then sending this idea to me would only waste both of our time.

If it does turn out to be a viable assembly line, and you have made a profit with it before yourself, then I may have a business proposition for you.

  • Q. Is HBF offering Jobs or Franchises?
    A. Nope.

  • Q. Does HBF Pay me directly for any kind of work I do?
    A. Nope.

Not unless I contact you directly and tell you otherwise, specifically.

  • Q. Would HBF or Luke Parker do a Joint Venture with me?
    A. Although busy, I always make time to hear what great ideas my readers come up with. I've even made a forum page for Joint Ventures, which I occasionally post and reply from. So yes, I will listen, and respond if it fits my current plans, however there is no guarantee of response, as I might not even check the forum personally that week.

  • Q. I see a lot of "training documents" with affiliate links in them, and some are even yours! Is this some kind of trick?
    A. There's no trick, clicking on my affliate links inside those documents may or may not make me or some other marketers some commissions. I apologize if there is any confusion. The fact is that I have been using those documents myself for a long time and I branded them with my own affiliate links at the time I did so, in order to make commissions at the time.

The branded versions are the only ones I've got left, so those are what got posted here, naturally.

The reason I use these documents with Affiliate links in them in the first place is that they are all very valid, and very useful content that you can learn from. They are all free, too, by the way, which tells you how much you can learn without ever paying a cent for education... The eBooks that I personally wrote included.

If it wasn't for all of this great, free training content, there would be no Home Biz Factory because I'd be forced to pay for huge quantities of publishing rights for similar materials.
