Here’s a timely piece of software for the product salesmen & affiliates. JV Manger is the first piece of software I’ve seen that facilitates, much like MS Outlook facilitates mail and appointments, all of your joint venture projects.

I’ve seen affiliate program managers before, but this one specifically targets your joint venture requests, all the way through the point of keeping track of the partners after the JV partnership is finished. 

It allows you to enter contacts, enter proposals, see their status, broadcast the proposals to specific contacts, and keep track of projects and relationships. Best of all, it lets you run reports and even export any of these details to an Excel spreadsheet.
